Masis Staffing Solutions is assisting our client in searching for a Import/Export Coordinator (Logistics) in East Longmeadow MA. This is a temp to perm position and 100% onsite . Excellent opportunity for someone who has experience with customs, import/export. This is a Belgum based company who works with international brokers and vendors.

Salary: $40-$44 per hour to start based on experience

Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle material expediting to coordinate and monitor the movement of materials and products
• Schedule all deliveries into Cartamundi
• Selecting and bidding both Domestic and International Freight Forwarders/Carriers/Brokers
• Work collaboratively with Purchasing and Planning
• Supply chain management to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Utilize transportation management systems to track shipments and resolve any issues that may arise
• Analyze data related to order fulfillment and inventory levels to optimize operations
• Assist in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accuracy in documentation and inventory records
• Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to address any discrepancies or delays

Experience and Educational Requirements:

• Understanding of customs, specific to import/export and foreign exchange
• Experience working in SAP
• Logistics coordination experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree is preferred, not required
