What you'll be working on
Guarantee the profitable positioning of the product (Steel products) in the various target markets, leading strategies and making decisions that optimize the company's performance. This may include maintaining a customer contract, serving contractual customers, quoting and closing contract and transactional opportunities, prospecting for new opportunities and cold calling.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage and lead market positioning, to maintain a constant and close presence with the client, seeking synergies with the aim of strengthening commercial relationships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor products to guide our product strategy
- Develop and ensure a business plan for production and commercial, compliance with the area's sales and expense budgets to achieve business profitability and growth.
- Identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage
- Analysis of sales and distribution of the product according to the behavior of the Market, anticipating trends and foreseeing commercial actions.
- Expand existing & develop new relationships with customers
- Address user issues and gather feedback to enhance customer satisfaction
- Plan and execute successful product launches
- Research, Develop and Implement new products (test in, industry expectation) certification system
- for different markets, with the aim of expanding our catalog.
- Participate in work sessions, analyze indicators and propose improvement actions that seek operational efficiency.
- Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders, managing customer relationships professionally
What we look for?
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Develop market for Steel
- 6 years of experience in product management, consulting, and/or marketing, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
- Solid negotiating skills, strong interpersonal skills, computer proficiency, attention to detail, strong math skills and desire to service our customer.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships and gathering user feedback
- Familiarity with operations, advanced manufacturing, and metallurgy a plus
