Accounts Payable AdministratornnResponsibilitiesnnManage accounts payable using accounting software and other programs.nnEnsure bills are posted and paid in a timely and accurate manner to proper accounting period, account, and cost center.nnVerify accounts by reconciling statements and transactions.nnResolve account discrepancies by investigating documentation, issuing stop payments, and adjustments.nnManage electronic filing of vendor contracts, invoices, and other related documents.nnAssist in preparation and filing of 1099s.nnRespond to client inquiries as needed.nnPerform other accounting-related functions as needed.nnEssential SkillsnnAccounts payablennMicrosoft OfficennExcel data entrynnData entrynnAnalytical skillsnnMust be familiar with all AP functionsnnStrong analytical and math skillsnnEffective written and oral communication skillsnnProficient with Excel, Word, and AdobennExperience with Accounts Payable and General Ledger softwarennQualificationsnnMust have 2+ years of accounts payable experiencennPay and BenefitsnnThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00nnAbout Aston Carter:nnAston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
