Role Description

This is a full-time Financial Director role at Impact Services Corp located in Philadelphia, PA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Financial Director will oversee all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. They will also be responsible for managing financial risks, analyzing data to inform strategic decisions, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Financial Director or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of financial management, accounting, and tax principles
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to make strategic financial decisions and drive business growth
• CPA or CFA certification is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Experience in the mission driven Non-Profit organizations
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
