Pay Range: $28 - $30/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop customized reports.
• Provide business support in power delivery operations, ensuring financial processes align with organizational requirements.
• Prepare accurate project estimates using industry-specific software and estimating manuals, expediting preparation processes.
• Utilize PC and mainframe applications proficiently, including Microsoft Office, PeopleSoft, Time, EERS, and Passport.
• Develop customized financial and operational reports to meet team and leadership needs.
• Analyze and interpret data, providing actionable insights and recommendations under general supervision.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills: CRM ,Order-to-Cash workflow systems .
• Bachelor’s degree or an associate degree with at least 5 years of experience in project estimating within the electric and gas utility industry.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize heavy workloads effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail, with established analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Professional communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Adaptability to changing systems, processes, and market conditions.
• Prior experience in the retail energy industry with a working knowledge of UDC/ISO/LDC market EDI transactions.
• Experience using CRM and/or Order-to-Cash workflow systems.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SQL database query development.
