We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CAD Engineer to join our innovative engineering team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in computer-aided design (CAD) to support product development, manufacturing, and engineering projects. You will be responsible for creating, modifying, and managing detailed 2D and 3D models, ensuring alignment with design standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive excellence in product design and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1.CAD Design & Modeling:

• Develop and modify 3D models and 2D drawings using industry-standard CAD tools (e.g., Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Create detailed assembly models, component designs, and engineering drawings compliant with GD&T standards.

2.Product Development Support:

• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to translate concepts into manufacturable designs.
• Ensure designs meet performance, durability, and manufacturability requirements.

3.Technical Documentation:

• Prepare and maintain design documentation, including BOMs, technical specifications, and revision histories.
• Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

4.Innovation & Optimization:

• Identify opportunities for design improvements, cost reductions, and enhanced manufacturability.
• Stay updated on the latest CAD tools, techniques, and industry trends.

5.Team Collaboration:

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including product management, supply chain, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless product development.
• Support project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in CAD design and modeling, preferably in the appliance or manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, mechanical design principles, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred:

• Experience with PLM systems (e.g., Windchill, Teamcenter).
• Familiarity with advanced simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus).
• Exposure to Agile or Lean development methodologies.
