Senior Nuclear Technical Project Manager
Compa Industries is searching for qualified candidates for a Technical Project Manager 4 position at the Los Alamos National Laboratory remote site in Richland, WA .
Salary: $105/hr - $110/hr

Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage and ensure timely completion of discrete technical or operational projects
- Establish technical requirements and define project deliverables, budgets, and schedules
- Oversee project teams in planning, tracking, and executing projects from initiation to completion
- Develop work packages that define project accomplishments and meet programmatic needs
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of program policies, procedures, and standards
- Determine program service levels and enhancements
- Assist with budget development and monitoring
- Provide technical advice to staff and other departments
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 12 years of related experience
- Ability to obtain a Q clearance
Desired Skills
- Experience with DOE EVMS programs and 413.3B projects
- Familiarity with NQA-1 processes, fabrication, and construction
- Strong technical design review capabilities
- Proficiency in procurement, proposal, and bid processes
- Contract and change management expertise
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
- Minimum 12 years of related experience in project management
