HR is seeking temporary staff to forecast and review fiscal operations and personal services expenses for the Human Resources office. The position will work directly
with the Senior Analyst and Supervising Analyst to determine the fiscal impact of HR programs, reoccurring expenses and pending recruitments. This service is crucial to ensure that HR exercises within its funding parameters. The duties of this position will continue to be absorbed by the Supervising Analyst
while the Senior Analyst is on leave. Temporary duties include:
Daily Budget Updates and Logging Expenditures
• Review approved office expenditures
• Update budget tracker daily with office expenses
• Assist HR Leadership team and unit administrators with submitting requisitions
• Review status of open POs for closure
• Track office travel and training expenses
• Provide detailed analysis on ad hoc budget requests and exercises
Create Personal Services Forecast Reports
• Run multiple scenarios in filling office vacancy to determine office solvency in future years
• Review Budget Change Proposals for administrative budget components for HR
• Serve as a point of contact for members' and work with the program's risk consultant consultation to facilitate the resolution of high exposure cases
HR Contract and Agreement Assistance
• Track office contract deadlines and amendment needs
• Assist Senior Analyst in facilitating the contract approval process
• Provide appropriate accounting codes to HR Leadership team and unit administrators as requested
