At its simplest, companies around the world use TV and films to help their business. Whether it is gyms trying to create a great environment for their customers, or corporate employers making their staff/break rooms/call center lounges a better place to be... hundreds of thousands of companies are showing content in public spaces.
Great content can only be made if creators are paid fairly for what they produce. So we provide a simple, affordable license to businesses. We then pay royalties from our license to our rights holders; from major Hollywood studios to local TV production companies.
Without MPLC, these performances would still occur. But they would infringe copyrights and deprive our rightsholders' of the money they are entitled to. Our license enables customers to run their businesses compliantly and with peace of mind.
We work hard to educate organisations about the importance of respecting copyright, and MPLC is a key player in the entertainment and intellectual property ecosystem.

Our sales team is full of strategic, sales consultants and educators. Tenacious trailblazers. Explorers. Team players. Articulate communicators and patient, empathetic listeners; and we are looking to hire an Inside Sales Manager to join our team.
What's the situation?You'll lead a dynamic team of 5-7 Sales Representatives, with a focus on achieving two key goals:
- Drive outbound sales for small businesses: You'll develop and manage a sales operation targeting small businesses across diverse industries.
- Manage a healthy inbound pipeline: You'll oversee inbound inquiries from various channels (web chat, etc.) and ensure they're nurtured and converted into qualified leads.
You'll be responsible for:
- Building a high-performing SMB Sales Team team: Hiring, onboarding, coaching, and developing your team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strategic planning and execution: Developing and implementing strategies to maximize lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Coaching and mentorship: Providing ongoing coaching and feedback to help your team members improve their skills and reach their full potential.
- Performance optimization: Monitoring team metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize performance.
- Collaboration: Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to lead generation and nurturing.
Who are you?- A passionate and inspiring leader with experience managing and developing an SDR team (SDR Manager experience a plus).

- Proficient in sales methodologies and leveraging technology to optimize sales processes.
Bonus points if you have:- Experience in the B2B sales landscape.
- Understanding of copyright and intellectual property concepts.
