ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Director of Marketing and Customer Analytics will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy for TW Metals focusing on branding, positioning, messaging, customer segmentation and pricing. This position will collaborate with senior leadership, sales and supply chain teams to optimize the sales process and CRM system and lead digital innovation efforts and adoption. While this position is posted in Carol Stream,IL and Exton,PA we may be open to remote candidates.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that covers branding, positioning, messaging, customer segmentation, pricing, and promotion for our specialty metals products and services. Along with the VP, help align the organization in enhancing our end-to-end process from targeting to customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team, the sales team, and the supply chain team to align our marketing strategy with our business goals and customer needs, and to provide feedback and input on product development and innovation as necessary.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring that they have clear goals, roles, and responsibilities, and that they deliver high-quality work on time and on budget that deliver impactful value to the organization.
  • Manage and optimize our sales process and CRM system, ensuring that we have a smooth and efficient lead generation, qualification, and conversion process. Implement changes and measure success against changes to quickly adapt and succeed in a changing market.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of effective marketing campaigns and programs across multiple channels, including digital, social, email, web, events, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Lead our digital innovation strategy including leveraging tools that make customer experience seamless and frictionless, while also lowering our cost to serve.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, competitor activities, and marketing performance, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize our marketing efforts and ROI.


CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience leading marketing and analytics team focused on end-to-end customer acquisition and retention.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence an organization for change, including go-to-market strategy development, pricing recommendations, and customer segmentation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills. Can see big picture clearly and articulate it to the broader audience.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and results oriented. Excellent self-starter and visionary leader for a new team.
