Job Details:
• Pay: $200 Hr.
• Coverage: ASAP – 12/31/2024
• Schedule: 06:30 to 17:00, No weekends or Holidays
• Largest / highest-volume Same Day Surgery Center in Minnesota. Still maintains patient satisfaction scores above industry benchmarks. Very good working relationship with MD staff (surgeons and anesthesiologists), Periop and OR teams.
• Wide variety of cases / service lines including Ortho, Plastics, Colorectal, GI, General, GYN, ENT, Urology, and Ophthalmology. Robotic-assisted Gen, GYN, and Urology cases.
• Type of patients / cases / procedures required: Same day surgery, wide variety of surgical services and procedures. ASA 1, 2, and 3
• Case Mix Expectation: should be able to cover all types of cases. We do very few pediatrics. Locums do peds only if expert and comfortable.
• No Call
• Patients per shift: 2-12
• Available support staff: Aides turn over cases and keep carts supplied. OR staff is very helpful
• Supervision Model: Directed Care model. Very collegial practice. Docs place the regional blocks
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing timeframe: 30 Days
Requirements:
• Active unrestricted MN License
• Active ACLS, BLS, & PALS certifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Board Certified
• Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
• Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
