We are seeking a collaborative Sr. People Business Partner who can thrive in a fast paced environment and be a consultant to our leaders. You will drive positive people results through being an active member of the People Team and building relationships with various stakeholders.
What you'll do:- Partner with our Leaders to design people strategies and build programs that scale the organization, build high performing teams, and develop best in class leaders
- Ability to establish strong relationships at all levels and across functions within the organization
- Provides consultation and expertise in people related strategies to best support the business, to anticipate challenges, diagnose problems, prescribe actions and lead programs that have a direct impact to the success of the organization
- Influence and consult with leaders through various people related situations that align with the organization's strategy
- Support the delivery of key People (HR) processes for the broader Archer population (e.g. policy creation, employee and labor relations, compliance, performance management, talent movement, leadership coaching, etc.)
- Provide visible People presence to all leaders, enabling real time engagement to critically think and provide appropriate solutions
- Work closely with People Centers of Excellence to provide input for the design of HR programs in specific areas (e.g., recruiting, talent and performance management, total rewards, and immigration and mobility), and to support the delivery
- Analyze trends within the specific business group(s) and utilize People metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support provided
- Supports other HR related responsibilities as needed
What you need:
- 10+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- In-depth knowledge of Human Resource laws, strategies, policies, and practices within the state of California
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, work independently, multi-task, and follow up on issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
- Regular onsite presence at our HQ's in San Jose, CA
At Archer we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business. We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company's business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $150,000 - $175,000. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
