**What Youll Be Doing:**

+ **Problem-Solving Ninja:** Tackle customer complaints with grace and professionalism, turning challenges into happy endings.
+ **Delivery Guru:** Keep an eye on delivery routes to ensure everything is on track and on time.
+ **Order Wizard:** Handle changes or cancellations to delivery orders like a pro.
**What Youll Need to Shine:**
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (yes, we love Word, Excel, and PowerPoint too!).
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalentbring that diploma pride!
+ At least 1 year of related experience, preferably in a call center (we like seasoned pros!).
+ Super strong customer service skillsbecause our customers deserve the best!
+ Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills (youll be a juggling master!).
+ Ability to thrive under pressure and still deliver outstanding solutions.
+ Flexible to work 7am - 7pm.

**Pay Details:** $15.50 per hour
