POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Havre des Cantons residence offers a friendly atmosphere where it is stimulating to work. We have a dedicated and caring team for autonomous seniors and those with a slight loss of autonomy.

Schedule: a permanent full-time position 10/14 at night with one weekend out of 2
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around
Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations
Contribute to the development of a residentsè action plan based on their observations
Distribute medication in pill organizers and provide some invasive care (as needed and provided you have the necessary training)
Respond to all emergency situations
While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Formation of PDSB
Up-to-date CPR/AED general first aid training
Law 90 training (an asset)
