Responsibilities:
Working closely with colleagues at all levels in regard to mentorship, development, and coaching
Ensuring company compliance with all federal, provincial, and safety regulations
Maintaining and managing company fiscal standing
Establishing and ensuring company facilities are maintained
Overseeing the purchase and maintenance of technological equipment
Upholding the company's image by active engagement within the community
Qualifications:
A college diploma/bachelor's degree
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role
Minimum of 3 years of aviation management experience
Experience working with a Board of Directors
Ideal candidates will have worked in aviation in some capacity
Must be a strong communicator with an entrepreneurial spirit and a drive towards innovation
