We are looking for a reliable and experienced Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning and maintenance, with the ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
Some Key Responsibilities:
Sweep and Mop flooring.
Clean kitchen equipment and countertops.
Shampoo rugs and carpets.
Empty warehouse trash cans and maintain cleanliness.
Dust and clean vents and surfaces, both high and low.
Wax and/or buff floors.
Wash inside windows.
Break down cardboard boxes for baling.
Collect and dispose of office trash and recycling.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a similar custodial role.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift and move 25+ pounds.
Knowledge of various cleaning products and tools.
Experience operating machinery related to cleaning, such as floor sweepers, scrubbers, carpet extractors, upholstery extractors, and vacuums.
Ability to operate a pallet jack or similar pallet-moving equipment.
Basic math skills.
Extensive floor care experience, including knowledge of how to clean and treat different flooring materials.
Proficiency in stripping and waxing floors.
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
