Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while addressing their inquiries and concerns. You will be responsible for handling a large volume of calls in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that each customer feels valued and heard. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, enhancing their overall experience with our company.
Key Responsibilities

  • Document and track customer interactions in our CRM system

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while managing customer interactions
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred
  • Proven experience in customer service or a call center environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle high volume calls while maintaining quality service
  • Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
