Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training schedules, and necessary documentation.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Policy Implementation: Help communicate and enforce HR policies and procedures to employees.
- Benefits Administration: Assist employees with benefits enrollment, inquiries, and issues.
- Training Coordination: Organize training sessions and maintain training records.
- Compliance Support: Assist with audits, reporting, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives, including events and recognition programs.
