Job DescriptionnnThe General Maintenance I role is crucial position in the Maintenance department. Duties include performing all necessary maintenance project on site while keeping records & inventory.nnJob Responsibilitiesnn?Completes preventative maintenance as scheduled and keeps recordsnn?Responds to any emergency repair/maintenance situation as requirednn?Maintains critical inventory needed to keep operations running; maintains and accounts for tools usednn?Maintains a friendly, efficient, and positive attitude toward customers, clients, and co-workersnnAt Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. In order to meet our commitments, job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice.nnQualificationsnn?HVAC Certification preferrednn?Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalnn?Must be able to follow safety procedures and precautions due to physical risksnn?Some driving required using your personal vehicle between the 3 sites, but mileage is reimbursed when it exceeds your normal commute.nn?HVAC troubleshooting, electrical, plumbing & general maintenancennThis role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
