This role requires a variety of trade skills, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC maintenance. The technician will follow safety codes, regulations, and company policies to perform day-to-day, preventive, and emergency maintenance tasks efficiently.nnKey Responsibilities:nnAssist in the operation and performance monitoring of building systems.nnPerform day-to-day repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance.nnComplete and maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.nnReview and prioritize assigned work orders, estimating time and materials needed.nnOrder materials and supplies as necessary for task completion.nnSupport the installation and modification of building equipment systems.nnTroubleshoot and repair building systems, including plumbing, kitchen equipment, drains, and HVAC.nnInspect new installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.nnMaintain facility lighting systems, including cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.nnPerform carpentry, furniture assembly, and locksmith tasks as needed.nnRespond promptly to emergency situations, calling for additional support as required.nnEscort vendors when necessary.nnPerform other duties as assigned.nnQualifications:nnHigh school diploma or GED required; a minimum of one year of relevant experience or training.nnValid driver’s license may be required.nnAbility to comprehend, interpret, and clarify instructions, correspondence, and memos.nnBasic Microsoft Office Outlook skills.nnAbility to write routine reports and respond to common inquiries or complaints.nnAnalytical skills for simple calculations, such as percentages.nnExperience with a work order system and use of email, ESS, and PDA.nnPhysical Requirements:nnAbility to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders, and lift/carry loads of 50 lbs. or more.nnPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, equipment, and grounds.nnInterview process:nn02 rounds of interviewnnWe are looking for the candidate who are eligible to collaborate with any employers without sponsorship.nnIf you are interested, please click “Apply” button.nnIf you are not available or this job is not a good fit at present, please share the job details with your friends/colleagues and let me know if anyone is interested.nnManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
