A minimum ofone (1)years’experience in the following:

-Ensureaccuratechecking,inspectingand/or counting ofall products for both inbound and outbounddepartmentsand ensuringallproduct isfree of damage or defect.

-Auditingproduct and packaging/labeling tomaintainhighestlevelof product compliance and accuracy
nnn
-Ensure the quantity, quality, labeling, and shipping addressof orders correspond to customer specifications or other requirements.

-Experience using a commercial WMS (warehouse management system) such as Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, JDA, SAP, etc.
nnn
-Microsoft Office software, including Excel.

Role Purpose :
nn
Execute assigned tasks to support establishment, maintenance, alignment and continual improvement of the QA System. Responsible for day-to-day Quality Assurance activities to ensure compliance with governmental regulations, customer requirements, quality assurance policies and procedures and accommodating requests for support.

Key Accountabilities :
nn
n- Perform Quality audits, inspections and documentation.
n- Perform daily quality assurance activities as required or directed by management.
n- Monitor and report level of QMS implementation, compliance and effectiveness through audit activities, observation, review of quality metrics and customer feedback.
n- Support QA training for new and existing associates.
n- Support coordination of QA license, permit and registration activities.
n- Work with Quality Assurance, Ops Performance and Process Improvement teams to progress Quality initiatives.

Required Education and Experience :

n- High School Diploma or Equivalent
n- Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of forklift training program with the first 30 days of employment
n- Associate degree or equivalent in related field of study, preferred
