Responsibilities

• Represent employers facing state and federal employment issues, including wage and hour, discrimination, and whistleblower claims
• Counsel employers on employment policies, training and best practices, internal investigations, and compliance

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of management-side L&E experience, including both litigation and counseling
• Member in good standing of the Pennsylvania bar
