Client Support Specialist

This role requires the ability to handle complex calls in a professional and efficient manner. The ideal candidate with have experience answering customer questions, providing updates, and order entry.

• Type: Temporary-Hire
• Location: Knoxville, TN- 100% On-Site
• Compensation : $17.00 - $19.50 per hour

Job Duties:

• Emphasize product/service features and benefits, estimate projects, and prepare sales order.
• Support the efforts of the Company outside commercial salesperson in your area.
• Maintain up to date knowledge on products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and complete information to both internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support various administrative and operational tasks.
• Assist other departments as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.
• Escalate customer conflicts in a timely manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering assistance.
• Review open orders and provide real-time updates to customers.
• Place orders into the system.

What youll need:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience
• The ideal individual exercises good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills
