We have an exclusive search agreement with a strong midsize firm seeking an L&E associate to join their Philadelphia office. Exclusive means that they are only using LHH to recruit candidates. The huge advantage here is that there's very little competition. We know exactly who is being considered for the role. Responsibilities
- Represent employers facing state and federal employment issues, including wage and hour, discrimination, and whistleblower claims
- Counsel employers on employment policies, training and best practices, internal investigations, and compliance
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of management-side L&E experience, including both litigation and counseling
- Member in good standing of the Pennsylvania bar
