Job Title: Chief of Staff
Location: Union, NJ (Hybrid – 4 days in office)
Position Overview:
The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted partner to the leadership team, overseeing the performance PMO and leading data-driven analysis to inform business decisions. In this role, you’ll provide operational and strategic support across all business functions to improve organizational performance and help drive key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management Office:
- Oversee and drive the company's performance management initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Monitor and track progress on key performance indicators and strategic objectives, providing weekly updates to the leadership team.
Data Analysis & Insights:
- Leverage data to analyze business performance and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare data-driven reports, dashboards, and presentations to inform strategic decisions.
- Work closely with leadership team and managers to ensure data-driven approaches are applied across all business functions.
Strategic Leadership Support:
- Collaborate with the leadership team to drive and implement strategic initiatives.
- Assist in the development of long-term goals, ensuring alignment across the organization.
- Facilitate communication between leadership and various business functions to ensure smooth execution of company-wide initiatives.
Project Management:
- Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring successful execution from planning through to completion.
- Provide leadership in resolving operational challenges and addressing bottlenecks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 3 years of experience in the Staffing, Workforce Solution or IT services industry, with a track record of working closely with leadership teams.
- Strong data orientation with proven experience in interpreting data, reporting and providing actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the ability to use formulas, pivot tables and data visualization techniques.
- Demonstrated experience in managing performance metrics, PMO, and driving operational excellence.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across departments.
