Trustpoint.One is pleased to be partnering with the Massachusetts offices of a nationally recognized law firm in their search for a Temporary Trust & Estate Attorney with at least 6 years of experience of estate and tax planning , including trust administration, to assist our client’s Trusts & Estates Practice Group in their BOSTON office .
Requirements
- Candidates should have at least 6 years of sophisticated estate and tax planning experience, including trust administration.
- Must be licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Experience in comprehensive estate and tax planning for high net-worth clients and multi-generation families.
- Experience drafting sophisticated estate planning documents and advising on income, estate, gift, GST, and other tax laws attendant to this line of work.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials and communication skills.
NOTE:
The pay rate will be determined based on the candidate’s industry knowledge and experience.
All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.
