RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Argue motions, take and defend depositions, and oversee discovery processes.
• Conducted in-depth research and drafted comprehensive briefs on complex legal issues, including those in evolving areas of law.
• Thoroughly prepare for trials, including witness preparation, exhibit organization, and courtroom strategy development.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-6 years of experience in IP litigation
• Excellent communication skills and persuasive writing abilities
• Ability to be both strategic and analytical, managing large caseloads and working independently or as part of a team
• Admitted to practice in Tennessee (or willing to sit for/waive into the Tennessee bar)
