Our law firm client is seeking a skilled trust and estate attorney to join their legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration. This is a REMOTE position in California.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Guide clients through probate and trust administration.
• Provide counsel on tax strategies and asset protection.
• Represent clients in estate-related litigation when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active state bar license.
• 3+ years of experience in trust and estate law.
• Strong knowledge of estate planning, probate, and tax laws.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
