We've partnered with a leading pharmaceutical company dedicated to advancing healthcare through innovative therapies and strategic partnerships. The Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Counsel to focus on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), licensing agreements, and business development initiatives for the Company's North America and EMEA operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage legal aspects of M&A transactions, including due diligence, negotiations, and contract drafting.
• Provide legal support for licensing agreements, development agreements, collaboration agreements, and other business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess legal risks and provide strategic guidance.
• Advise on regulatory compliance, intellectual property matters, and corporate governance issues.
• Monitor and analyze legal developments in the pharmaceutical industry to ensure compliance and inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 4-8 years of relevant experience in corporate transactions, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector.
• Strong knowledge of M&A, licensing, and business development legal frameworks.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
