Job Title: Systems Analyst

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Systems Analyst to analyze and resolve system issues related to customer complaints, compliance requirements, and internal audits. The role focuses on maintaining smooth business operations, managing escalations, and ensuring compliance while collaborating with stakeholders to provide data-driven insights.
Job Responsibilities:
- Efficiently triage escalations by reviewing newly reported issues, including customer complaints, regulatory escalations, and internal audit findings, to ensure timely resolution.
- Prioritize escalations based on urgency, considering the impact on systems and users to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct root cause analysis by deep diving into complex issues through system navigation.
- Reviewing recent deployments and code releases.
- Collaborating with product and architecture teams to understand data flows.
- Working closely with Product and Development teams to identify bug and troubleshooting to ensure necessary fixes are implemented or added to the backlog.
- Escalating issues to vendors or third-party support as needed.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on reported issues, including impacts, root causes, estimated resolution times, and progress.
- Maintain documentation in Confluence pages and Jira issues to track reported problems, documenting troubleshooting steps, and recording resolutions and preventive measures to mitigate future escalations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar business systems role.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on data-driven analysis.
- Proficiency in managing ticketing systems, handling escalations, and ensuring SLA compliance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience using PowerPoint and Excel.
- Familiarity with federal regulatory requirements and compliance-related issues.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
