POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, with the ability to provide strategic insights and support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and trend forecasting.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and recommendations for improvement.
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives and capital investment decisions.
• Analyze market trends and economic conditions to provide insights and recommendations for future business strategies.
• Monitor financial performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations for executive leadership and board meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably in (industry).
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis using Excel; experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
