Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in medical malpractice cases from initial consultation through trial.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to build strong cases.
• Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Prepare and present cases in court, effectively communicating legal arguments.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Illinois.
• 3+ years of experience in medical malpractice or personal injury law.
