This position is open due to the need for effective oversight to ensure compliance with HUD guidelines and local regulations. The Property Manager will report to the Executive Director and oversee program administration, making a significant impact on community housing solutions. Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of low-rent housing programs, ensuring compliance with HUD and local regulations. Manage the admissions process and maintain accurate records for program participants. Supervise staff, providing leadership and direction to promote effective teamwork. Conduct regular inspections and assessments of properties to ensure maintenance and safety standards. Collaborate with community organizations and stakeholders to enhance housing services and outreach. Qualifications or Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in facility, rental or property management. Knowledge of agency policies, HUD regulations, and applicable laws. Basic understanding of building maintenance and computer systems. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
