Our client is a global firm, seeking an HR Coordinator to join a rapidly growing team, based in Chicago. This role will focus on supporting key HR functions, including onboarding, benefits, payroll, HRIS, and employee relations. You'll collaborate with various internal teams while gaining exposure to different areas of HR.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the global onboarding process, including US-first day orientations and ensuring a seamless new hire experience.
- Maintain and update onboarding processes in the HR system, ensuring data integrity and troubleshooting issues.
- Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and conduct audits.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, perform HR data audits, and manage employee records.
- Support the maintenance and update of employee policies and documentation on internal platforms.
- Contribute to various HR-related projects, including process improvements and data analysis.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of experience in HR (including internships).
- Familiarity with HR systems is preferred.
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, V-lookups), tech-savvy with an interest in HR operations.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Independent, motivated, and eager to learn in a dynamic HR environment, with a collaborative attitude.
- This role is fulltime onsite here in Chicago.
