What You'll Do:
- Case Management : Manage diverse litigation matters, including commercial disputes, tort claims, contract litigation, and employment law cases, from start to finish.
- Drafting Pleadings & Motions : Prepare and file legal documents such as complaints, motions to dismiss, answers, summary judgment motions, and subpoenas, with attention to strategic case progression.
- Discovery & Fact Investigation : Conduct thorough discovery, review documents, interrogatories, depositions, and witness preparation, ensuring every aspect of the case is airtight.
- Court Representation : Represent clients at hearings, trials, and during motions practice. Handle oral arguments, witness examination, and the resolution of evidentiary issues.
Compensation & Benefits:
