Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Master Project Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management scheduling experience, particularly in the healthcare industry, and a strong understanding of both the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project timelines and milestones.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays, proposing corrective actions as needed.
• Utilize Earned Value (EV) metrics to analyze project performance.
• Conduct regular meetings using SharePoint, Webex, and Skype to facilitate communication across teams.

Qualifications:

• 7-11 years of project management scheduling experience.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CMMI standards and processes.
• PMP certification is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, Visio, and advanced skills in Microsoft Project.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
