• Project Experience - 15 years min.
• Semiconductor, Manufacturing, O&G, Semiconductor
• Must have large CAPEX experience
• MEP planning is a must
• Lean construction and project management experience is a must

Soft Skills

• Someone well-spoken as they'll be driving project delivery and conducting SMT meetings.
• 5 days in office
• No overtime
• Software experience
