• M&A Expert ise: Extensive experience managing acquisitions, including due diligence and integration processes.
• International Finance Knowle dge: Expertise in handling international tax implications and regulatory compliance.
• Services Sector Experie nce: Background in financial management within a service-oriented company is preferred.
