Job DescriptionnnThe Catering Supervisor supports the premium department in running successful events within the exclusive premium areas throughout the stadium. Events includes Holiday Parties, Corporate Events and more!nnThe Premium Supervisor supports and carries out event set up, transporting equipment, food, or other supplies for the event. Serving guests during the event and breaking down / cleaning up after the end of an event.nnOur ideal candidate is an individual who can work independently and communicate swiftly and consistently with their team and leadership. Provide a friendly and professional service that always exceeds guests' expectations. Must be extremely detail oriented and be able to multi-task. Must be able to operate efficiently in a fast-paced, demanding environment.nnJob ResponsibilitiesnnOversee operations of assigned areas during premium events in areas.nnInteract with VIP clients and guests, as necessary.nnIdentifying customers? needs and responding proactively to concerns with a sense of urgency.nnEnsure all premium event spaces, pantries, etc. are properly set and ready for each event.nnEnsure all premium events spaces are clean, organized, and maintain par levels.nnSupervise and evaluate employees; counsel, promote employee growth, efficiency, morale and teamwork.nnMaintain and control high volume food and beverage inventory.nnTrain, educate, and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages.nnEnforce standards for service, sanitation, and product and food quality.nnInteract with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and other standard operating procedures.nnConduct physical audit of inventory and product.nnFollow and encourage premium team members to follow all safety policies and procedures, including but not limited to looking for and reporting any unsafe work conditions, and complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.nnVerification of rentals, food, supplies, beverage, etc. has been received in accordance to Event Orders, Transfers, etc.nnWork directly with Warehouse and Culinary in a professional and productive manner to ensure all service needs are met.nnOther duties as assigned by management.nn#FH-100nnQualificationsnnExcellent organizational, written, and verbal communications and interpersonal skills.nnKnowledge and experience working with a POS system.nnCustomer service and communication.nnFast paced problem solving.nnMust be personable, proactive, and self-motivated.nnOrganized and ability to jump from task to task and prioritize as needed.nnAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines.nnAble to adapt to change quickly.nnPunctual and dependable.nnMust be able to read and maintain information.nnMust be able to perform simple mathematical calculations.nnMust be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.nnService industry experience preferred.nnEducationnnAbout AramarknnOur MissionnnRooted in service and united by our purpose, we strive to do great things for each other, our partners, our communities, and our planet.nnAt Aramark, we believe that every employee should enjoy equal employment opportunity and be free to participate in all aspects of the company.
