Customer Service Representative Job Duties and Requirements may include:

• Answering inbound calls from customers in a professional manner
• Product and service knowledge
• Providing customers with product and service information on order to resolve
• customer concerns and complaints
• Providing follow up calls to customers when necessary
• Researching information using multiple resources and route call to the
• appropriate resource
• Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) needed as a Customer
• Service Representative
• Strong computer skills including data entry/typing
• Willingness to submit to a background check and/or drug test
