A mid-sized law firm is seeking an attorney to join their Litigation practice group. The firm has multiple offices throughout California. This person could report to any of the firm's offices and work partially from home.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of one year of litigation experience. The below qualifications are strongly preferred:
- Experience working on complex litigation matters from initiation to resolution
- Strong case management skills, including ability and initiative to complete assignments and move matters forward
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Excellent writing, research, analytical, and communication skills
- Flexibility, initiative, and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters
- Public entity experience preferred
- Prior experience with insurance defense and personal injury defense a plus
- Admission to the California State Bar
Desired Skills and Experience
1+ year of litigation experience.
Litigation defense experience preferred.
Active and in good standing with the State Bar of California.
