- We’re a 10+location dental group with ambitious plans to grow and improve our existing practices. We’re looking for a VP of Operations who combines expertise in dental practice management with a passion for building scalable systems and high-performing teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee operations across all locations, ensuring strong performance, patient satisfaction, and team alignment.
- Work closely with practice teams to solve challenges, improve processes, and drive results.
- Develop and execute strategies to scale our group while maintaining quality and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire teams to achieve their potential and deliver exceptional care.

What We Offer:
- Compensation: $110,000–$175,000 base salary, bonus potential , and profit sharing for the right candidate.
