Responsibilities:


  • Customer Onboarding: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal setup of SaaS solutions.
  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing accounts, addressing inquiries, and providing ongoing support to maximize product usage and satisfaction.
  • Training & Support: Conduct training sessions and create resources to help customers effectively utilize the platform's features and tools.
  • Retention & Growth: Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention, satisfaction, and engagement. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
  • Feedback & Advocacy: Gather customer feedback and advocate for their needs internally to drive product improvements and innovations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve any issues promptly.


Requirements:


  • Experience: Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably in a SaaS or technology driven environment.
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non technical users.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Attributes: Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to improving customer satisfaction and success. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
