All scheduling requests must be approved prior to signing.nnResponsibilitiesnnThis position involves:nnAuto offer system in place.nFloating to NICU & SCN, and potentially to Peds ED, peds, and PHOC depending on unit needs.nWorking every other weekend and holiday.nnRequired ExperiencennMinimum of 2 years of relevant experience.nnRequired SkillsnnProficiency in EPIC, CVP, CVVH, hemodynamic monitoring, and EKG interpretation/management.nExperience with insulin administration/pumps, NG placement/management, and IV (ports/a-lines/central lines/PICCs).nSkills in procedural sedation, IV vasopressors, EVD, VP shunt, ICP monitoring, HFNC, ETT, vents/trachs, renal failure, CRRT, peritoneal dialysis, wound care, trauma.nECMO experience is preferred.nnPatient Ratiosnn1:1-2 for direct care.n1:3 for intermediate care.nnCertificationsnnACLS, BLS, and PALS are required.nNIH certification is preferred.nnAdditional InformationnnFirst-time applicants are accepted.nLocals are welcome to apply.nnAbout Equiliem HealthcarennEquiliem Healthcare specializes in staffing clinical, non-clinical, and allied personnel across all levels, disciplines, and specialties within the healthcare spectrum.
