Manufacturing Engineer

• Location: Cary, IL

• Type: W2 contract (NO C2C OR THIRD PARTY)

• Length: Until 5/2026 (Contract extension expectation)

• Pay Rate – $54 - $62 hourly depending on experience

• Work Authorization - Must be able to work in the U.S. with approved authorization status.

What You'll Do:

• Provides engineering support to a manufacturing process, project or function.
• Evaluates manufacturing outcomes and implements continuous improvements and cost efficiencies.
• Supports NPI and new equipment/process introductions
• Work closely with technicians, operators, and other engineers daily to address and resolve issues as they arise.
• Responsible for identifying and implementing mid-term process improvements for equipment.
• Proactively drive machinery enhancements to improve reliability, efficiency, and overall performance.

Qualifications:

• Advanced Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills
• Continuous Improvement and Change Management experience
• Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills

Required Education:

• Bachelors in Engineering
