A financial services company in Florida is currently seeking a new Legal Operations Assistant to join their growing team in Pensacola and provide purposeful support to Lawyers and Paralegals.
***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite a few days a week.***
Responsibilities:
- Keep daily records with electronic and hard copy filing of documents.
- Obtain relevant information from other organizations or agencies.
- Create and organize information and generate reference tools for easy use by the office.
- Prepare and format legal and management reports.
- Maintain and update databases and tracking systems.
- Respond to all case-related queries.
- Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in a Legal environment
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- Administrative and Research skills
- Systematic knowledge of Databases and Tracking Systems
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in a Legal-related field
- Familiar with key Legal principles and possess incredible accuracy
