Job Description:

We are looking for a Commercial Transportation Defense Attorney with 2-7 years of experience. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with a team of dedicated professionals and contribute to high-stakes cases while benefiting from a flexible work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in commercial transportation defense litigation, including truck and transportation liability cases.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery.
• Manage case files and ensure all documents are organized and filed correctly.
• Assist in the preparation for depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all case-related activities.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the New Jersey State Bar.
• 2-7 years of experience in commercial transportation defense litigation.
• Strong research, writing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using legal research and case management software.
