n Our client is the leading service provider for self directed care. They are hiring several Learning Specialists to add to their growing New York team. These roles are temporary but have potential to convert to full time.n

Salary/Hourly Rate:

n $30/hrn

Position Overview:

n The Learning Specialists will facilitate new hire classes and assist with ongoing educational support. The Learning Specialists will facilitate new hire classes and work closely with instructional designers and subject matter experts.n

Responsibilities of the Learning Specialist:

• Deliver instructional materials adapting to different backgrounds and learning styles
n
• Provide ongoing educational support
n
• Assist with content creation and improvements
n

Qualifications for the Learning Specialist:

n
• At least 3 years of experience facilitating training events virtually
n
• 2 years of experience creating training materials
n
• Strong communication skills
n
• Experience with LMS Admin and Workday preferred
n
• Must be a NY resident
n

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree is required
