Details:

• Defending employers in a wide range of labor and employment litigation
• Advising and counseling employers on employment practices and documentation
• Addressing traditional labor matters
• Working on the labor and employment aspects of business transactions

Minimum Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-approved law school
• Attorney licensed to practice law in California
• 3+ years of experience in labor and employment law
