Job Description

24Seven is partnering with one of our large eCommerce retailers who is searching for a Sr. UX Designer to join their team for an exciting new contract!


Position Details:

  • Starts ASAP
  • 3+ month contract
  • Hybrid to Seattle, WA
  • Pay $60/hr


Responsibilities :

  • Delivers solutions for complex design and technical problems for which the product strategy may not be defined.
  • Refines and define design patterns, standards, methods, and/or processes, helping to drive adoption of these across teams. They share this knowledge effectively with peers and stakeholders to drive cross-team alignment.
  • Makes recommendations to partner teams and senior leaders on org goals and design strategy.
  • Provides solutions that demonstrate knowledge of the capabilities and constraints of the technology stack; their solutions demonstrate high-judgement trade-off decisions.
  • Aligns with partner teams to identify and aggregate disparate qualitative and quantitative data to inform design solutions at the product level.
  • Are able to find the best way forward and influence others to follow that path (build consensus) or escalates appropriately, when confronted with discordant views.
  • Contributes to the professional development of colleagues, improving their design skills.


Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience as UX Designer or Interaction Designer in the ecommerce or retail shopping setting
  • Figma Experience
